Service Description

 

ASYS shall provide Managed Detection & Response services under the Trinity SOC offering.

 

The Trinity SOC service is powered by the Huntress cybersecurity platform, which provides Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), SIEM, and 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) monitoring and investigation.

 

ASYS shall act as the Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) and shall be responsible for:

 

• Customer-facing coordination ∙Incident communication and escalation

• Coordination of containment actions ∙Orchestration of remediation activities

• Reporting and service management Huntress shall provide threat detection, investigation, and remediation guidance through its SOC

• ASYS shall not represent itself as the operator of the underlying SOC
